it will never stop and that is sad.. there is to much money to be made all around, the good guy's get twice the money because the supossed good guy's get paid off , tell me this after 911 tightened up border securtiy drug's still get in to the country and most case's it's not by any high tech mean's but to stupid kid's going to the u.s.a / canadian border and dealing with the indian's on the resorvation's ... this happen's alot in the part of the united state's were I live .. ppl I know have done this..
they already did something like this in portugal they de criminalized carrying small quantities of drugs
off subject,,,, well if they would legalize marijuana I would grow my own just like my vegetables and then no money would be made,, no money for the drug dealers and no money for the cops , no money for ''the man'' The entire marijuana economy would crumble..because marijuana is to be smoked...all smokers could easily grow plenty for themselves, absolutely. Nobody in there right mind would ever pay a dime for free weed that is taking over their yard
I say outright legalization would render marijuana as valuable as a dandylion, free as grass, grow some The reason it will never be legalized, is because the crime and the illegal economy bring in money to the government, money they cannot ever afford to go without. im sure they arrest over 1000 people a day for marijuana possession , thats alot of people that are going to make bail, and then pay the fines, ect.
I have no point at all, and this is off subject but I will bet you 50 dollars the world ends (for people at least) before they legalize weed or we ever get to have a woman president.
(warning marijuana - canabis sativa does cause cancer , drowsiness and long and short term memory loss, and will have harmful effects on, and can slow or stunt the growth of unborn children or any child or person for that matter, it does not make you cool, and infact is illegal.. so please for yourself and family do not smoke pot....)

if legalized some money would be made,, seed banks of good strains would be a gold mine.
