What are the most commonly kept 20+"cat's? My guess is either rtc or tsn... Hmmm, channels, or albino channels might be up there as well, considering their price and availability!

tigrinus

At 20"+ I'd say it will go to the TSN. They are far easier to get, and cost less than RTC. Channels may be up there, but if it is down to just aquariums, my money would be on TSN.

Tig's cost far to much, and are far to rare to be common.

My money is on ID sharks cause everyone thinks they are really sharks so what would be cooler to keep for little kids bugging their parents? Plus they sell them at wal-mart. Does this mean most common fish kept over 20" or most commonly kept fish that has the potential for 20", because then my answer changes to tsn also. Have only ever seen a handfull of id sharks at 20+.

Id sharks never even crossed my mind when I made this thread, just never see hardly any over 12" or so. I guess if were lettin them in here, I think they def. have the majority. Cause they are sharks and all, ya know...:nilly:

im gonna say rtc, they get to 20" the quickest so are usually the most kept cat at 20"+

tsn to me is easier to keep. grows slower and is realisticly easier to keep 20"+

what is a " ID SHARK " ?

issit PAROON shark?

Another good cat of size would be a Marbled Cat. I had one that was at least 1 foot and he was only a year old. I had to get rid of him because he was too big for my 75 gallon tank and had a lot of big fish come up missing.
Go figure !!
