Awesome pick up, as stated these are worth much more than the tanks.100$ for the specs is a great deal too. I routinely see zebra plecos this size sell for 200$ and up at my LFS

How in the world did the person have zebra plecos and not know the value of them? They aren't that easy to come by so seems weird that they had no idea what they were worth. Cheapest I have ever seen them is $150 @ 2".

good question, more advanced keepers than I will know the answer lol; i've only seen these fish once, never had the chance to keep them sadly
