If you sell to a fellow hobbyist $60 is about right stores will pay about $25 for them. nice loiselli how did you acquire them? If they were gifts then you should actually try to breed them. As they seem to be a pr. The progeny is worth more long term.

I bought them from a guy here in columbus, Ive only had them for about a month. I was going to sell them because i have two peacock bass, two silver dollars, and these guys in a 240, and here soon im going to put my redtail tiger shovelnose cat in their also, so i wasnt sure if id have the room? Plus i dont want them to get eaten after all of the other fish pass them up in size!

yup, parachromis loisellei for sure. nice! id keep them. i saw someone on here selling parachromis friedrichsthalii's as loisllei's. the loisllei's body is thicker going up where as the friedrichsthalii's is shorter.
