If its lymphocystis a salt bath or peroxide dip wont help as its a virus and time is the only healer there. I would still carry out a salt bath anyway if it was me just in case it is something else. Good luck hope it works out. If you could possibly get a clearer picture that would help but I know too well this isn't always possible fish are quick haha
