what are these worm like things

Never seen those before a common leech yes, use them for fishing & bass love em'. But i'll see if i can help find out exactly what you got.
 
They def are not planaria!
 
I'd say body type is like a leech, but not a def there's alot of species of leeches belive it or not. I don't know what exact kind, never seen them as pink in color. I'd take them out check your fish & remainder of the tank ect. good sweep. Put your checked fish in a holding tank. If it is a leech get some raw meat room temp with lots of blood soaking out from it on an old plate or desposible one. When & if it get's hungry if it is a leech, it's body will swell as in full then that's it. They only eat till they are full then fall off. Other than that clueless
 
they look like leeches.
not all leeches are parasitic though.
 
I just looked up the planaria on google, found that they can get up to 6" I think it is possible that they are planaria flat worms and leeches look very simular when compared.
