What are these???

Cool thanks for the reply, maybe in the near future I will try to start a culture of my own..these are good for corals to right?..pretty sure lol

phytos are good for some corals... it depends, for many corals phytos are to small, needs bigger food items like baby brines or copepods, OR in other cases, phytos are to big for the corals to eat (weird eh? haha) so they need smaller things like bacteria to feed on.

Do you think a toadstool will benefit from new born brine shrimp?...also is thier away to tell if a coral is eating some tine like lets say baby brine?

Ummm hard to say, generally you can some what tell what they can eat by visual inspection... if they have a visible mouth, then generally they eat items that can fit into that mouth, if they don't have a visible mouth... then usually phytos or smaller... But I honnestly know very little about what specific corals consume, its a topic well beyond the average hobbiest and would take someone with a Ph D. in marine invert biology and alot of study... I'd like to generalise and say that SPS go for things like baby brines, and phytos, LPS go for adult brines or larger and "filter feeders" go for phytos and smaller... but that's always true. Grand scheme of things, I dose some of everything, and hope something works. Maybe read this article, it's by Ron Shimek Ph D. it goes into stuff about feeding corals that most people just don't know enough about or understand http://coralmagazine.coverleaf.com/coral/20101112#pg73 the article after this one is also quite good and also discusses feeding corals.
