I have some white spots on my fish and i cant tell if its ick or not. plz help

To me it looks like the individual ray in the fin got bent to much and got damaged. Will correct itself in time.

The spots on the angel could be the beginnings of ick.
Have you added anything new lately?
If so, did you quarantine it ?
I really didn't notice anything on the oscar.

With the Oscar look strictly at the pectoral fin on it. It has large white bumps here and there on the fin as if it did break the rays in the fin and it scared over temporarily to heal those areas.

I do catch some of my fish occasionally scratching themselves but I don’t really worry about it
