Nailed it^^^ I have seen this more than a few times before. Dig up some old threads and you will find fish that look the same as yours. Someone tried to make a red texas and failed. Hope is not lost though. It just needs more line breeding if you would like to create your own red texas. This is a good fish to start with you just skipped a whole generation of breeding because someone else did the first step for you.
 
No FH relation here. I think it's RT project
 
If it was crossed with a FH or ZZ whatever you wanna assume, you'll see the Black flower at the head above the eyes along with the bold straight flowerlines. The black flowerline, young carpintis and cyanos have them too. So they are dominantly texas over something but i think not FH. I think they are unfaded red texas.

they look pretty nice. Especially the big round one.
 
not sure trying to find out. Wondering what i should do with them, keep them or get rid of them.
 
Keep the lightest colored one(smaller one) if you feel in the middle.

I think they are sweet lookin fishes. Especially the big one but the small one is not at the same level of developement but has better colors.

Cool looking fish! Looks Texas X Fh? Someone tried to make a red texas. Keep them and grow them out more?
