That'll work! With thick sliced garlic bread. We didn't make a lettuce salad. I sliced up a few roma tomatoes and a cucumber and made a common oil and vinegar italian dressing to drizzle over the veggies.

No, we left some for today, along with the cockles which were caught at the same place as the mudcrabs, which were bbq. We have had some epic seafood feasts in the past.Nice! I steamed the one in the pic and made butter garlic dipping sauce. The other one I caught was made stir fry with chilli's, garlic, shallots, chives, and green onion! Got one left for tonight. Love how long you can keep muddies alive with just some wet paper towels/towel covering and an occasional salty water soak! You guys eat them all one time? That's a feast!
Amazing, I had the exact same thing a couple of days ago, with the same chillie sauce. The girlfriend prefers soy sauce or Maggi seasoning sauce with fresh chilli on her eggs though.Had a busy weekend. We had a ton of Italian leftovers, but I wanted something else. So, heated up some leftover jasmine rice and fried up a few eggs. Added a generous amount of my aunt's wonderful 'sweet chili-lime fish sauce' for a quick, comfort food meal.

Today was simple. We had baked penne pasta in my wife's marinara sauce with sweet italian sausage.
