My tip would be don't burn the grated cheese on top when cooking towards the end (I do that a lot lol ) and don't be tempted onto putting loads of gravy in or it'll be sloppy when serving.
Hp sauce is a UK thing it's kind of like a slightly spiced bbq sauce but not hahahaha I'll post you a link for it in sec
