my friend used to make mea Pittsburgh Salad when i worked at an Italian Restaurant - add your favorite greens and veggies, then toss on a basket of French fries, chop-steak, and your favorite dressing - i typically like Ranch for that one, but it's also good w/ plain ol' vinegar and oil, one of the MANY Italian dressings or a High-quality Bleu Cheese, like Marie's

Surely you know about the Pittsburgh Salad way out there in your neck of the woods?

absolutely dude lol I'm only 35 mins north of the burgh haha, we put fries on salads, sandwhiches, everything lol.
