I’m afraid I’m like that too now.
I gotta stop or my daughter won’t know how to cook or bake. I just have the mindset that if I want things done fast and efficiently I need to do them myself. Ugh.

I get the green New Zealand mussels as the there is much more meat in the shells.

The frozen ones on the half shell? I've tried them before but find them to be a little tough/chewy. Always use fresh mussels now.

Yes I get them frozen in a box but I suppose they can be bought fresh as well.I like the chewyness and flavor of them over the other kind.I might have to pick some up for dinner.
