NLS and Omega One Color, mine like them both, good color and similar growth with either one or both combined (I've done some testing in different tanks and with fry growouts). Occasional freeze dried treats, also-- freeze dried bloodworms, freeze dried small shrimps. Mine don't wait for foods to sink before eating them if it's something they like, but they do go on to sift sand for little bits once everything's settled.
