Ive tried feeding our eclipse/sun catfish multiple things, Sinking pellets, algae wafers, brine shrimp, flake food, homemade food with Shrimp/Beefheart/Tilapia/Spinach/Eggs/Peas, and bloodworms. The only thing the will touch is the bloodworms. Any recommendations you guys would make? We have an albino channel cat in there too and he will eat either the bloodworms or shrimp pellets.

You threw me off there as I have never heard of them being called eclipse cats but my sun cat duo eats crumbled up massivore as well as other pellets. They are not the greediest of catfish and when I first brought them home they took a few days before eating anything.Could it be that your channel cat is eating up the food before the sun cats can get to it?...I know from experience that channels are greedy.

I've had the sun cats for about two weeks. Just dropped the channel in a couple days ago. But the channel cat is very wild where my suns stay under the rocks all the time lol.

Mine ate pellets from the getgo

Mine seemed to eat anything I'd drop in the tank. I feed about 20 minutes after lights out so they are out swimming. Mine did love shrimp the most.

Since it is a grow out tank there are no rocks or hiding places for the cats.Mine probably wouldn't be as active if they had someplace to hide.

Mine arent active at ALLL. They had all the time. Only time i see them is when I look for them. Lights are out on that tank all the time. Only time I see them is when I look under the rocks and such lol.

Mine always ate anything. Everything you list too. They are generally not fussy at all. If they do not, they are either still adjusting to their new home, water, and diet or are stressed in some way, of which there are many.

They should come out at night and swim around.

They would only be nervous if bullied by the other cat, but generally sun cats are rather boisterous themselves. Still, this may depend on size disparity. Even so, I'd expect them to come out at night. This can be checked with a dim, distant room light or red or blue light.
