I'm not into real heavy stuff, I like amon amarth because it's so harmonic and the lyrics are really appealing.

lol Neither of those are truly heavy (heavy=Nile). Finntroll is like Polka metal and Dimmu is really symphonic, both folky as all get out. Try Ensiferum if you haven't already.
