I've been listening to a lot of Flamenco lately.

Honestly, she has skill, but I personally wouldn't put her in the top 20 with artists like Carlos Montoya, Paco de Lucia (probably my favorite of all time), and Joao Gilberto.

again talking back in the 70ies , she a fun Liston and broke some rules for female guitarists. IMHO she is on the list.

Yes, to each their own. She had/has a large following, and there is no denying that she has talent. And as far as female guitarists go, I can't think of another that can compete with her in the genre.
