I found the Scorpions Video(funny cause it was one of my first guesses). But I don't believe it(video) was released from Scorpions but in fact by Nova and they used the Scorpions song.

I went back to the original forum and did some massive digging(back to 2009)

Yea, everything is cool, thanks. There has been like 200 measurable quakes in like the past few weeks. Alot of that is normal activity, but few fairly strong ones reminds me we're waay overdue for the big one.
Crazy video borg, I haven't seen that. That video brought up other videos, did you see the video of a meteor hitting Russia last year? That would scare the poop outta me!!
