I hear yah. I always have sand in the filter. Yours is quite the caracter with actually spitting it in the filter tubes and then watching your reaction.

The tank he's in sets right by my side of the couch and comes down on that side of the tank and does it prob cause there my loachs caves on the other end. Anyways he will be starting to flip his tail and spitting sand and as soon as I see him do it I point my finger at him and say stop he's stops right aways and turns around and starts swimming around.

Our oscar is typical with his begging for food routine and trying to look pitiful. When we put our hands in the tank he goes and hides in his corner until I take it out then he comes back out to continue begging.

Every couple days my male trimac decides to take apart my FX5 intake. It takes him a while but usually gets it apart and grabs the strainer by the suction cup and swims around with it, smashes it against rocks and the glass and then loses intrest.

Does he actually remove the whole tube from the boot? Once in awhile my Oscar likes to take the end of the heater on the right side in his mouth and keep banging it against the glass which isn't good seeing how the heater is glass. I've only seen him do it a couple times though. I think when I move him back to the 75 I'm going to get a titanium heater just in case cause id hate for him to break it and get shocked along with my loaches.

my red devil moving rocks. i understand its natural for them but he seems to ruin the aquascape lol.

My giraffe cat learned to play dead if I don't give him attention. He will turn very very light, and the top of his head will turn a speckled white. His eyes will be looking off in a distance, and almost glazed over. At first when he started this, I had no idea what was happening, and I thought he would be dying. Then when I would come to the tank, his eye would move to look at me, but still he stayed still, and pale. If another fish swam by him, he would drift in their current. He knows, that after that, my arms comes in, and starts petting him to make sure he's ok. Instantly his color returns, and he will twirl in my hand to get pets on both sides. Such a stinker, and scares me every time.

My baby parrot, and my Synodontis nigriventris like to battle each other non stop. Its annoying as... well you know. The parrot can't close its mouth, and the syno (only 2 inches long mind you) will ram her face and it looks as if they are stuck together by their mouths. I can reach in and they stop, then the syno finds that parrot again, and starts annoying her...

Over the weekend while out of town, my Cowfish decided to mangle my anemones.... but its so hard to stay mad at him when he pokes his head out of the water :)
