Cool. Pig feet are pretty forgiving, as long as you cook it long enough. Low and slow after the initial boil is the key, and adjust to your own taste...that's why I don't have a set ratio of spices...

didn't know eating a dirty animal's feet, not to mention they use it to walk in slop and mud that's mixed in with their own urine and feces, was a measuring stick of manhood

you know, they have these other parts of the pig, it's called baby back, ham, bacon, chops, maybe you heard of them. they are way better

Never had the snout, but I do a decent pig ear dish. Next time I cook intestines I'll be sure to post the recipe also. Same with liver or kidney
