WHAT ARO/CICHLID STICKS DO YOU USE TO FEED YOUR ARO?

Hikari Food Sticks, Hikari Cichlid Gold, Hikari Freeze Dried Krill...pretty much Hikari anything! I think hikari one of the best brands all around.

I haven't feed my silver any pellets yet. Just shrimp, crickets and Omega One African Cichlid flakes as of now.

i use flowerhorn pellets called shock up. I was procastinating when I used it but i was surprised by the good effect on mt fish. The flowerhorn pellets is called shock up. its about $3 per 1/2 a kilo. I still feed earthworms occasionally.

nope, i feed him live insects and other critters mostly, i just use food sticks when ive got nothing live to feed, LOL
