Well if Mr.Jackoscar is right there is a lot of fools on this forum haha I have never seen a 3' Silver in 30 years...if it does happen then it's a very rare occurence. And aro's are fine in our 300g+ tanks.

I would take the black, but my love stays with the silvers...

well you may think some people are fools but we all know that silver aros get bigger than black aros

so hears a pic of the near 3ft black i had for 7 years the tank is 6ft long

Speaking of free arowanas,
i got this guy for free a few weeks ago, but as you can tell, he's not in the best of health. Right now i'm trying to nurse it back to health.

I would take a Black, mainly because the beautiful blueish coloration on the tail fins and it will not develop droopy eyes, As to the silver will most likely get it somehow. But silvers are definately nice too though... Right DelGado??

I have what many think to be a Silver and it has the blueish black/orange fins you speak of.
Yes it does have droop eye, and yes I love this fish lol

How big is your black aro rallysman? So are you saying that all black aros will look very similar in coloration to the silvers once they get big?
