Here are 3 bichirs in their prime doing what they do best, cuddling ina cave. Sorry you can't really see the second 2 but they are a weeksii and a delhezi

There's another fish under the Lapradei, has a stripe going vertical on the body. Can't tell what it is. Weeksii is one secretive bichir. Harly ever out of the cave. Same as the lapradei, I found they are very intelligent. Of course the delhizi just follows the other bchirs in the tank. My delhizi with Polli and Senegals is as active as the latters.
weeksii is VERY secretive. Only eats at night. It's got a beautiful face but it just never comes out. I like it a lot though, it's intriguing.

All my bichirs have been nice and friendly too, except for one of my 2 congicus which is just nasty. He was beating up the congicus in the photo, and now he;s beating up my oscars and jaguar cichlid.

does anyone know how to breed Senegalas Bichir?? I have three female and two males all about eight inches long.
yeah all my bichirs hide together. I remember hearing they didnt blend well. Glad i ignored that one.....
I have a 11 inch endlicheri that cuddles with my skinny 5 inch senegal there is never aggression between them.
however, I have another endlicheri congicus that is an absolute bastard. he beat the crap out of my other endy, so I seperated them and since then he has attacked and injured my 2 oscars and jaguar cichlid. Im gonna sell him. He's the only aggressive bichir I have seen.
