This thread and another got me thinking about food so I started researching. I've been solid in the Hikari camp but maybe not anymore.
 
hikari cichlid gold, hikari massivore, new life spectrum, and spirulina sticks all mixed together. The staple for all my fish.
 
I feed NLS 1mm and community flake as well as OSI and Omega one flakes.
 
Hikari bio-gold, Hikari Massivore, Omega One, OSI Flowerhorn pellets.
 
I mix my foods as well, for the CS/SA cichlids I mix Bio-Gold, Cichlid Gold, NLS, Hikari Sinking Carnivore Pellets, algae wafers, and shrimp pellets.

For the Africans I feed them a mixture of ocean nutrition carnivore and omnivore flakes.

I also supplement frozen bloodworms and brine shrimp as treats. My fish eat the mixtures up, and that way I know they are getting a varied diet without missing anything they need.
