I know i've seen people say they feed they're cichlids earthworms, But besides that what other bugs do you feed your cichlids? I know when summer comes i'm going to have tons of June Bugs, (what i've always called them) Just wondering if these could be fed to the cichlids? Or what else do you find in your yard that you feed your cichlids?

I've tried milipeeds and pill bugs, but my JD's ignore them. I think they are addicted to the worms.
crickets and spiders on occasion.
had to get them eating crickets before they would attack the 8 legged demons as they dont sink and most of my fish just wait for the massivore to sink to them.
