yah im going to stick to frozen once alive foods pellets and bloodworms and crickets and try earth worms when they get a little bigger but defenetly stay away from feeders, i just remember as a kid my step dad would buy goldfish for the oscars to eat, not all the time, but i figured id pick up feeders for them when i first got them. the more i read up on it on here the more i dont want to any more.

Don't feed crickets as a staple diet. Only feed maybe once a week. They are filled with air and can cause problems after a while.

Anyways, read the sticky given in the first response. In the feeding section, it shows a ton of stuff you could potentially feed. I would also drop the crickets soon too, later on if you keep feeding crickets, your aro might start refusing everything else which makes it a big pain in the ass.
