regular shops for a good baby aound 100 - 150.Special breeders around 150-250,but you may get lucky and find one for 85,you never know.Try hard to get cb,but my wc farm raised guy is awesome.I normaly dont support wc but it was a bit of a diferent situation.Anyways,do yourself a big favor and go to bluetongueskinks.net .They got care sheets til the end of days,lol.Tons of pics and info along with cool owners.I will say as far as the main stuff.I use aspen for bedding,hide rock with some basking bricks on one end with a heat lamp dome with a dimmer.Screen top,large doggy water bowl and a feed dish.They can actualy live off canned cat food but that sucks.I do feed it to mine but I get an organic kind full of vegies and its like 2 bucks for a tiny can,I add calcium powder to it or repti vit powder.He eats banana,super worms,some crix now and then,other vegies here and there its just you need to chop them into some cat food juice sometimes to trick them.Cooked chicken,turky,dude all kinds of fun stuff,just dust with the regular sups.You dont need uvb from what I read but I let mine bask in the sun alot,pluss make sure you give the calcium with d3.Go check out the bts.net and let me know what you think,if your interested,Ill check around and try to help you find one.Just let me know whenever.They got breeders on that site and this is baby season so dont wait for ever,they are expensive on that site though so dont only look there.However they got great ones.Worth it Im sure.

i REally wouldnt mind one but 85, ill have to save for around 2 months lol plus i would like to get tank ready to go first ,but more exspensive the fire skinks, seen one of those 1 day ago for 20 on craigs list... but it still might be a posibility if the wife ends up liking it, if not i might get something else , but ill check the bts.net right now..

It depends,do you want something more chalenging or easier ?The red eye croc skinks are cool too and they go from water to land.You could still do a viv with not so expensive frogs like a group of tomato frogs,they wont get as big as pac mans and such.You know what,also go to kingsnake.com and search in lizards for sale.All kinds of stuff and ideas,if you find one just ask if you got any questions on it for us.Ill keep thinking.
no frogs, just lizards skinks might be out of the question the wife doesnt like anyof them showing her on the bts.net site and nothing ill check tomorrow when i get home from work, last chance for skinks is if my son pics it out lol cant say no to him, nothing to challenging, i just want to chose now on what i will be getting so when i get my tank ill know what to get for it and have all my research and know how to care for it properly before i get it, know what i mean?

when I go to petco its fun and chill to watch the anoles all together in a big cage,lots of plants and stuff,looks cool and cheaper.Evil has or had,not sure,a set up like that.Im not trying to say no fire skinks,I want them too,just not supper sure on hardiness.Well,keep looking,we will keep thinking,it should be fun,not a pain,lol.
