I personally say no to arowana although you may ever able to get away with one but adding more is really pushing it. Stingray could do good along with PBass depending on species

Not a good idea. There shouldn't be 2 aggressive fish in the tank. It's 1 or more than 2/3 . BTW your tank won't suffice for an Asian arowana long term
