Our local fish store guy could get us some from his supplier, but we can't find much info on these guys? My fiance is totally fixated on them, and I think they are pretty attractive. But I told him I wanted to hear from people that had experiences with these cichlids before we introduce one into our tank. Thanks in advance!

I have a male thats a little larger than 12" Hes quite peaceful but I have also heard that they can be very agressive, so it depends on the fish,

The photo of your cuban totally sold me. We had Funky Fresh Rick (our fish store guy) order us 2, put them in there the other day and all is well! They're pretty small now, but I'm loving them already. They should make a nice addition to our monster tank in the future.
