What catfish grow back whiskers?

Here in sweden we see them all the time both in stores and on fishlist from different suppliers. They are dirt cheap and thats a problem since its not a fish for the average keeper with small tanks. I currently have 6 individuals rangeing from 30 to 60cm the smallest ones i bought november 2018 at 4cm. I think i paid about 20 sek wich is about 2 usd each.

Wow! I got mine 6 months ago from my lfs... never seen them here before that or after either... love having the guy tho they sure have personality! Or they're just mindless lol either way not everyone knows about them depending on where you live

All catfish grows back their whiskers. Bones does not. A snap dorsal spine will never grow back, only the fins do.

Yes they can. The one i used to have grew back its whisker maybe 4-5 times during its life with me vefore i sold it.
