What certain stingrays look best on

Wouldn't recommend tahitian moon it is very light and can be a little sharp although I had no problems with it for the year I had it with rays and geos I could not wait to upgrade tanks and use a different sand

Thanks for your advice. I was thinking of using Tahitian moon for my new tank. As another member mentioned, it does also seem to make the rays too dark.
 
i have tried dark and lite subsrate and i don't see any change in aperance with my rays. i do like the idea of having substrate vs bare bottom i like it for the comfort for the ray and a nice peice of driftwood to play with. good luck with ur set up.
