Jags, texas, trimac, maybe a festae, or this one is my fav; a pic of it is on a thread about troubles with red devil fry; it is a rd and a bichon poo (what I like to call "*****in' Poop"), which is a hybrid itself (a bichon friese X a poodle)

 When did dogs get in the mix? lol

since dogs have been the cats pajamas

Just say no to hybridization!!!!!

Thougth you guys may appreciate the route I went ;)

My male red devil, Rubicant 4.5". I've been placing the two in close proximity to each other for the past few days. At first, in her tank, he chased her. I moved him to his tank, placed her in there, same thing. Then placed him in her tank with divider, she moved the divider and they were getting along when I woke up. I guess they were doing some courtship stuff b/c she was flipping her side at him and he was cirling her flaring all his fins 9not in the aggressive way he was. Since I can't house the fry yet they're back to being seperated til my big move then they go it the 75 :D Divided for safety of course

Ten years ago I bred Some midas in a 20 gallon standard. Male was 7 inches and female was 5. They bred over and over. Not advisable but it can happen. :)

Funny I did too in the mid 90's I had several 20's with prs. of fish. dempseys, managuense, labiatus & cintrinellums. Various sizes some I used the divider method others got along fine. This was when 75s where big tanks. I had a 55 & 75 for communties so the 20s where used when prs. seperated. Ignorance is bliss. now I wouldn't recomend it but remember these fish were being bred before 125 where the norm.
