He's in a tank with 1 oscar 1 green terror a few convicts and small tsn and 2 synodontis and a pike cichlid. No one has had problems untill this happend. Any help or feed back would be appreciated

Pike, if your water quality is good.

Looks like its snout and head are all bitten up by a tank mate. Were the eye missing too before? If not, the attacker took out the eyes too.

Alternatively, maybe it got stuck in a decoration head first.

In my rush typing I forgot 2 tank mates Leporinus fasciatus,, and a red devil.
I'd put money on the leper before any others.

Would depend on the size of the individuals.
I would say he looks like he has been in the mouth of the tsn or the Oscar although looking at the marks to either side of the head I favour victors idea that he was head first in some form of tight decoration, writhing to get free. Maybe spooked at dusk or night as you have an extremely placid but skittish fish in with some real potential bullies, not good for him.

I looked at the 2 decorations and it dosent look like he could get stuck but definitely a possibility. It's in that tank because it kept bulling my 2 Lima shovelnose. he made it to this tank and I didn't think anyone was going to do anything the green terror is the boss but she's a nice Tank Boss.

Unless your leporinus are mighty hungry, they would not be my first guess. I'd guess red devil for sure. Only because I've never had green terrors.

My guess about the furniture is a very distant second. I believe this fish has been bitten up specifically on the sides of the head severely, repeatedly, for a long time.

I've never had or heard iridescent shark bully any tank mate, so if you are sure, this'd be a first for me.
