If it were my tank, I would euthanize that one celestial danio (I think it is too far gone and won't recover, and instead it can be a source of re-infection to the rest), and treat the whole tank for "itps" (I too had never seen that abbreviation), but I do think that is what is going one. Good luck!

Welp, the little guy can’t be found today, so I’m assuming the Cacatuoide ate him. Hopefully that won’t mean he’ll get whatever that was too...
