Stomatella snails, bristle and asterina stars, a whole wack of tube worms, an assortment of pods and worms, weirdest worm was a sipunculid worm.

are chitons reef safe? like are they just harmless detritus/algae grazers.
Chitons are harmless grazers. You're lucky if you ever see it, they are pretty reclusive and do a good job of blending in with the rock work. I see mine once a month, maybe...

The little brittle stars are fantastic cleaners. I have them all in my live rock, no telling how many.

copepods & amphipods, bristleworms, a crazy amount of brittle stars, a couple feather dusters, white spherical sponges, a couple tiny snails and unfortunately I just found aiptasia. Its pretty cool the amount of life you find just staring at the rock

I have found brittle stars and even some frogspawn!:headbang2

Sounds like you got a frag pack from me! People are know to find free corals attached to other corals. (That is a sign that you are majorly running out of space in your reef! :D)

I obviously have had aptasia as well...just thinking now of some other things...

Macros...brain coral...(actually did live, but couldnt survive under a 14 year old's power compact lights...that was awhile back now, and needless to say the coral would have been fine if introduced today. :D)...peanut worms are strange...sponges...tunicates (which I think many people are confusing for small sponges, but they are very close)...and other things...

GUYS WE NEED PICTURES! I would post but my printer still isnt working...what is the funkiest thing you have on your LR!

I would love to find a colorful little mantis shrimp...it would be an excuse to setup another tank. :D

The only picture I have of the hitch hikers I have had. In the middle, is a chiton.
