Water change sunday baby. Its a good day to relax and just chill out get ready for the week. The last thing you want is to be coming home from work or school to dirty tanks. Nothing is more stressful. So...you do it on sundays. Some tanks get more. My frontosa Greg is usually spoiled and gets daily changes.
