It looks like a very old and stressed out fenestrata or zonata. Do you have a better picture of him?

not yet, but I will have. He probably was stressed. He was being picked on in the tank at the LFS and I took that picture right after I put him in my tank.
My Jag had to put him through initiation at the same time so he is starting to color back up (The jag could care less now lol)

I'm going to try to get some pictures tonight.

his eyes have a yellow tint and his nose is turning red.
