Maxx what kind of mussels were they?....Yesterday I sat down to a delectable meal of pork chops,yams and cabbage...didn't have supper today yet.

Normal mussels I guess, in a tomato/wine sauce... standard, but delish! ^that sounds good too... might have to go for some chops tonight!
Oh,I always try to for the New Zealand mussels,they are much bigger.The meat just about takes up the whole shell when you open one.
got them chops last night... Mmm good with some hot peppers!
