I don't know, looks kinda like ich to me. Either way, I'd quarantine that guy ASAP before risking the health of your other bass.

Can you describe your water parameters on that tank? Ammonia, NitrIte, NitrAte (make sure you read and follow the directions very carefully for the nitrAte test, otherwise you will get a false negative.)

Can you describe more in detail what you are seeing? Change in slime coat? I see his fins are clamped, and what appears to be ich (IMHO) but that may be because the pictures are fuzzy.

Llooks like a parasite to me are the scales coming loose or dos it have some kinda worm hanging off of it ? And yes definitely quarantine the fish immediately let me do some reading ill see what i can find

In the few minutes of reading i did its not anything i found pics of or even a general description of . It looks beat up which could explain the scales looking all lifted up but then fish lice burrow on fish is he scratching on rocks or anything to cause his scales to look ruffled like that we need more info and definitely better pics to help .Quarantine and treat it as you normally would salt ,heat and added air .Me personally id add stress coat but i swear by that stuff . Did the feeder guppies have any issues? were there dead guppies in the bottom of the tank? Im sure you are up on water changes given the current issues you have been having so ill guess your parameters are good ?

100% not ich. They almost look like some sort of parasitic thing, so i agree with fish junkie. But i'm no professional when it comes to diseases however i do know that quarantining may actually not benifit the diseased fish considering it may stress him out more. Try to remove the fish in that tank and make the tank he is in the quarentine tank. (if possible) Otherwise watch behavior and try to find a diagnoses based on that and what you visually see.

Oh yea, forgot to mention if he seems to be rubbing himself onto another surface it only makes me think more parasitic.. let us know what he is doing.

Your right its not ich and its not parasites either....Its a virus and what your seeing is the symptomn. You see glass fish with it alot. There is no cure to get rid of it either but the fish can go about its normal life with it as long as it doesnt take over the body and keeps the fish stressed out. Stress and bad water can cause it symtomn to show. I'll look up excatly what it is.....Its lymphocystis. I had some small tems with it at one point and by keeping them stress free and with good water they never showed signs of lymphocystis again.

Hard to tell from the photos, but could be a young case of anchor worm. Does it look like little pieces of thread coming off the body? Again hard to tell, but if it you believe it might be anchor worm I would suggest a medicated bath and then treat the tank for any free-swimming young.
