WHat dithers should i get?

but it depends in ur cichlids too ive had dithers tht work but wont work with others the only ones that worked with my dempseys where bala sharks since there quick but grow slowly but i only needed them to get rid of my dempseys shyness really
with community tanks, i usually go for 1 inch per gallon rule. I know its often bashed upon but it'a a decent balpark figure. Just watch for any aggression from the cichlids. You should be fine with all the fish listed. Neon tetra sized fish might get eaten by the cichlids eventually.
Cory's might work with that stocking. But I wouldn't go with anything too small as a dither with the Con and Severum.. Those Barbs may be ok

The Con i have had for 4 years, she bred young a few times and just never grew, shes max about 3", she was the same size as that 3 years ago lol, dunno why, she eats loads, shes as gentle as it gets, shes best buddys with the 6" Severum, all the fish are snack size for the severum at the mo, and touch wood he hasnt eaten anything yet
i think rainbows need a bigger school 8 would be minimum,i would just stay with 1 small catfish,the 2 cichlids and the school
