i think as they grow they do more and more gravel sifting......its great for keeping the substrate clean....they take a mouthful of gravel swim up and redistribute it by dropping it on their friends heads

Yes I do... I have raised a Silver that grew to about 22 inches but jumped out the tank and I have Jardini which is in a growout 55 gal and I raise prawns/crayfish,guppies,angel fish,cichlids,and tried goldfish but didnt work out. have a trutle pond, koi Pond.
