I got 2 of these cute guys yesterday and they look super skinny. Im not getting any luck with bloodworms/pleco tabs. please help!

Have you tried a good quality spirulina flake?
Another method I always use for picky eaters is using a garlic extract. I use this, http://www.fosterandsmithaquatics.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=5016, I add a few drops while thawing frozen food. Entices them to eat and I have great results using this.

They may take a day or 2 to get comfortable with their new surroundings. If the water parameters are good, their tank mates are appropriate, and they aren't sick, then you probably just need to give them a bit of time.
Algae wafers and fresh zucchini are good to start them on. As they get older, introduce sinking pellets that have a higher protein content into their diet.
