Fish can last a while without food, but if your worried just try feeding them something else, like, shrimp, bloodworms, earthworms..

three days is odd and long for an oscar. they will definitely be fine w/o eating for a few days, but i meant that they're usually aggressive eaters. has you water test kit come in yet?

Yes it did. Here are the results:
Water Parameters

pH-7.2
Ammonia-0 ppm
Nitrite-0 ppm
Nitrate-0 ppm

All tests were done with the API Freshwater Test Kit.

Update: So last night was the night that the directions for the tetracycline said to put fresh carbon back into my filters. I did just that and the water is still brownish orange but is clearing up more than it was. The oscar's eye is not any better which makes me wonder why I spent $40 on that T.C. Tetracycline medicine but then again it's not any worse. I just picked up some Epsom Salt and added 5 and 1/2 tablespoons. Anyone know if this it too little and if I should add more? The total gallons of the tank are 55. I got my new API Freshwater Test Kit and tested the water. Here are the results:

Water Parameters

pH-7.2
Ammonia-0 ppm
Nitrite-0 ppm
Nitrate-0 ppm

Any suggestions on what do do next? And if I should add more Epsom Salt? Thanks
