what do i do plec acting dead!?!

Go to your local 24 hour grocery, they should have it with the tooth pain relief stuff. They may not fight while lights are on, and often don't fight during the day, its at night that they fight often.

id try to save it and quarentine it. losing an eye is no biggie, they can live fine without it. pump the oxygen levels up get a good flow going for water to pass over its gills. surely you had other fish other than plecos? quarentine it and add some salt. do you have any pics?

If it were mine, i'd pull him out of that tank and quarentine him. bump the temp up, add salt and melafix, no lights and give him a log or something to hide in/under.

I agree completely. If you don;t have a QT tank, I'd go grab a cheap rubbermaid tub from Walmart. Plecs live for YEARS, and a missing eye is no big whoop.
I would also add pima and melafix though.
