Chrisplosion had a Blood Parrot I.D. thread and I think this guy falls under his definition of a low quality BP. The head lacks the concave appearance and deformed mouth. According to him as BP's are being mass produced more and more low quality specimens are finding their way to pet stores. Chris is pretty passionate about BP's and knowledgeable hopefully he'll chime in here.
