What do I need to keep my three plecos healthy

your sailfin will eat some carnivorous pellets of some kind as well. mine has been eating New Life Spectum pellets since he was about 1.5" and now is 7". the NLS pellets have plenty of vegetable extracts as well to supplement him as he gets bigger and doesn't care for eating real veggies as much.

the thing with gold nuggets is that they need to be grazing all day long, something about their intestinal tract. just make sure to keep the zucchini or whatever he will eat in there all day for him.
 
Make sure you keep the royal away from anything meaty. It tends to wreak havoc on the intestinal tract. It drasticly shortens their life span
 
When you look for driftwood for your plecos, try to find those with no remaining shells stuck to them. If there is, it would be better to take them out before using it in your tanks.
