Nothing but frozen krill for my big dawgs.. Feeders would get too costly. I used to spend $20 a week at COST for feeders (10 years ago) and I promised myself I would never do that again.. Fish ate better than i did!

I have a custom mix of pellets that I have been collecting for years from different brands I feed all my fish this mix and since I drop in about 60 goldfish at the same time they have a mild chance to eat them before they get eaten!

moo hahaI just feed the feeders tetramin color flakes and spiroflake, The feeders are usually guppies or mollys or wild caught daces and shiners, or if they are live anchovies going into fw I just Give them a hypersaline dip them a fw rinse and use them right away. I don't usually worry to much about it because I like a varied diet anyway.
As often as you feel like poking yourself? The more the better, don't see why not.. Good way to pass on that nutrition.
