Personal trainer and competatived bodybuilder, havent competed in a few years but i plan to compete again next year.
I train 5 days a week, i go hard and heavy in a style similer to Dorian yates style of training. I eat 8 meals a day too witch is also a job lol its hard work eating that much but you got to eat big to get big. At my biggest i had 18 and a half inch arms, near enough 19", at present they are about 17".
Its my passion, its who i am.
