I used to own a small delivery service in NYC for 18 years, lost everything after 911. Cousin was killed in WTC. Luckily I got a job as a police mechanic in New Jersey, fixing police cars and fire engines. Pay sucks but benifits are good. Need to make a fortune to feed a my fish! :)

i am a contractor.... I build new houses and flip old houses on the side....

I was told there is big money in flipping.
Can I ask u what is the biggest key in flipping?

And does Propperty Ladder do a good job protraying the business?

recycling is so important. Nice that feel like you are making a difference. YOU REALLY ARE. I for one appreciate what you do, and I know a lot of others do, even though you may not hear people say it. Keep up the work!
Thanks, 80% of recyclables still go into landfills, not eveyone does there part, what a waste. This is the only pic I have at home here, its a small deck I just built with it, it takes 8 recycled milk jugs to make a pound of plastic, this little deck wighed 350 pounds, so it took 2800 recycled milk jugs just to make this small deck.

Most of my milk jugs hit the recycle bucket, 1/2 gal ones I sometimes save an use in my coolers instead of buying bags of Ice when I go camping.
