What do you do for a living?

I sometimes wonder what you various people do for a living so I thought I would ask. Not just for my curiosity but for others as well.
I have no intent to get into other's personal life or your business. So obviously if you don't want to chime in I completely understand.
To get the ball rolling I am a construction superintendent for a large construction company.
Headed towards retirement...

Twice over cancer survivor so I can't work anymore. Prior to it I just finished ten years in the ARMY and just started a career as an armed security guard.
